This policy explains how WEI SYUAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (瑋瑄科技有限公司) ("APGO," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit shopapgo.com or buy from us.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number
- Shipping address
- Messages you send us by email or through our contact form, including photos you send for a return or a problem with your order
Information created when you order
- The products, amounts, and dates of your orders
- Payment status. Your payment is processed by Airwallex or PayPal; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit
- Information from cookies and similar technologies used by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel
- If you arrive from an ad, the ad click identifier included in the link
How we use information
- To process, ship, and support your orders, including returns and refunds
- To check that your shipping address is deliverable
- To prevent fraud and keep our site secure
- To understand how our site is used and improve it
- To measure the results of our advertising
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We send emails about your orders, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and refund notices. We do not currently send marketing emails.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our store, for the purposes listed below:

About Meta. When you view products, start checkout, or complete a purchase, we send event information to Meta to measure our ads. For checkout and purchase events, this can include contact and address details that are hashed (converted into a scrambled code) before they are sent, along with your IP address, browser information, and Meta cookie identifiers. Under some U.S. state laws, this may be considered "sharing" personal information for advertising.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Your choices
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel or send your information to Meta.
- Google Analytics. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
- Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising
To make a request, email services@apgo.com.tw or use the contact form on our website. We will verify your request using the email address on your orders and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
When you ask us to delete your information, we keep the order records that tax and accounting laws require us to keep, and delete or anonymize the rest.
How long we keep information
- Order and payment records: as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, generally up to 7 years
- Customer service messages and return photos: up to 2 years after your last order or message
- Checkouts you started but did not pay for: deleted after 30 days
- Analytics data: according to our analytics settings, for a limited period
Security
We use encrypted connections, restrict access to our order system to authorized staff, and rely on payment processors that meet card industry security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
International processing
We are based in Taiwan. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date.
