Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases you make on shopapgo.com from WEI SYUAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (瑋瑄科技有限公司) ("APGO," "we," "us"), a company registered in Taiwan. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can order

We sell to customers with a shipping address in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Orders

• Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and we email you an order confirmation.
• We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, if there was an obvious error in a price or product description, or if we suspect fraud.
• You may cancel or change the shipping address within one hour of ordering. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Prices

• All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
• Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order.
• Prices do not include sales tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Airwallex Pay (processed by Airwallex), and PayPal. We do not store your full card number. You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner from U.S. fulfillment centers. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to your shipping address; until then, we replace or refund a package that is lost or damaged in transit. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery, tracking, and what happens if a package is lost or returned.

Product use

Follow the directions and safety warnings on the product label. Keep products out of reach of children. Test on a small area first if you are unsure how a product will react with your vehicle's finish.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Apart from the remedies in our Returns & Refunds Policy, our products are provided as described on their labels and product pages, and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damage caused by using a product in a way that does not follow its label directions.
• Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow these exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
